Pattie's Creations Design Challenge #169 - Birthday

Well things have certainly changed since I last wrote.  We are 

now in shutdown, and except to throw rubbish down I have 

been home for about 2 weeks now. Lucky for us crafters we 

have our crafts.   Of course my daughter didn't have her book 

signing, but the book is in the shops now.  It is difficult not 

having visitors for so long.  I and twin sis' had a birthday a 

couple of days ago, and we had a Zoom meeting with my 

three kids and one of hers, others were working, so that 

was nice. What made my day was a call from my grandson 

studying in the States, so that was a different type of 

birthday celebration for me.

Pattie's Creations Design Challenge #168 - "Anything Goes"

 Did a little different crafting this week. Bought a set of 5

coasters in a Dollar store. I painted them with white acrylic

paint, and once dry I put washi tape on them and painted a 

small part of them with gold acrylic paint.  Now I just need

to give them a few coats of varnish. So easy and quick to do.

My eldest daughter is having a second book published and 

so I have started collecting material for a SB page. I have a

photo of her book and a photo of her at the printers with a

copy of one of the printed pages (actually think it's a few

pages together).  Also have a copy of the invite to a book

signing at a book shop in Yafo. So now just to put everything

together.

Pattie's Creations Design Challenge #166 - Anything Goes

Lately I've been busy with my craft room. I had a lot of my crafting 

goods in plastic boxes on shelves but all were different colours 

and sizes. So now I have bought either plastic containers or 

baskets but the same size and colour for each shelf. Looks nicer.  

My three daughters had a birthday on the same day in December,

so I was also busy making cards for them.  Also I had an order from

a friend. I made the card and when I needed it couldn't find it.  

Haven't found it yet!  So one night was up till about 2am making 

another one!
