A Guy Card

Soon it will be bf's birthday and this year I decided to make
a humorous card for a change and this image by Bugaboo
Stamps certainly fits the bill!

A Scrapbook Page For An 18 Year Old

I must admit that it is harder for me to make scrapbook
pages than it is for cards, and I never know what to write.
Luckily I was able to use  the sentiments on my page from
CraftArtist digikits.  In fact even the butterfly and starts are
also from a CA digikit.  I copied just the photo part of the
page onto photo paper, cut the photo out and pasted it over
the original photo.  To stick down the string I used a
glue gun.  I am happy with the way the page came out
- it is not too fussy (I do like my embellishments and
sparkle)!

February Bingo Challenge at "Catch The Bug Challenge Blog"

It is taking me time to get down to adding to this blog. It isn't
that I haven't been busy making cards, because I have. Now I
have finished an order and various family craft projects, I had
time to make a card for a challenge at Bugaboo's blog.  I love
Bugaboo images as they are so easy to use and are humorous.
I used the bingo line - Designer Paper, Flower, Pearl.

A Wedding Card

I haven't written here awhile, but that doesn't mean I haven't
been crafting. Soon I will put up more photos of what I have
been doing.  I have, luckily, sold a few cards lately, and as
wedding cards are popular, I am trying to replenish my stock.

BTW if anyone can tell me how to photograph a card with
mirri board and not get one's shadow on it, please let me
know!  I had to photograph this with my arms outstretched
and standing to the side of the table it was laying on!

Sami Stamps Challenge #030 - Anything Goes

Another cute image from Sami's Stamps and another challenge.
This challenge opened  2/10/2015 and will close 10/31/2015. The
winners will be announced here on 1/11/15. The winner will receive
a $12.00 Gift Certificate to the Sami Stamps Shop! 2nd place will
receive an $8.00 Gift Certificate!

I try to put details of where items were bought, but now we have a
shop (similar to a Dollar Store)  in Israel that sells lots of
embellishments that are imported, I believe mainly from China, so
I just say these items are from my stash.

Sami Stamps Challenge #029 - Frame It

I love Sami's  style of drawing and decided to
take part in her latest challenge.  Following is
my card.  The image I added to the frame using
Serif CraftArtist2, which is just great to use.  Don't
the gems have a 3D effect!  I also did a little paper
piecing on the dress.  The lace flower I pulled off
another fancy piece of ribbon, which I bought in
a shop near the market, which sells lots of bling.
