Beautiful Pixie Birthday Card

Yesterday I made this card using an image by Tammy from
A Day For Daisies - she has fantastic images.

I used a Sizzix embossing folder and paper pieced the
image, adding glitter to the wings. Sentiment from my
collection of stamps. Ribbon from Michael's.

A Sympathy Card

Yesterday somebody asked me for a Sympathy card and I
didn't have one, so I thought it was a good idea to think
about making some.  I knew that it should be simple and
I Googled 'sympathy cards' to get an idea of what
type of cards were out there.  Following is the first
card I came up with. I shall make a couple more,
but using different images.  I am putting the sentiment
here as well, so grab it if you wish.

I used Nestabilities Labels Twenty-Two and a Sizzix
embossing folder.
