Nana Vic's "Vickie Quickie"

I haven't been very active on my blog or CDAC because I've
been busy and soon I'm off for a month but hope to be able to
write something here whilst away (in the US). Of course I have
ordered a few things for crafting from there and can't wait to visit
Michael's and AC Moore   I am also hoping to go to a craft
meet, which I have never done before.  The last time I was
there there was a craft meet - but it was on the most religious
day of the whole year for me!

Now for my card.  Nana Vic's digi 'Street Lamp Sign' is lovely
and I enjoyed making the card using this digi.

The flowers are from Petaloo (which I won!) and I didn't
colour them at all, as I thought they suited the card just as
they are. The background came from a search on the
internet and the patterned paper is from DCWV glitter
mat stack. I went around the edges of the mats with ink.
Ribbons  I think always add to a card.  Button on flower
is from Bo Bunny buttons & Bling.  Brads from
Making Memories.

  2. Jackie, this is a fabulous card, I love the colour and the flowers and the way you have two smaller images on the side...

  3. Wow Jackie the street lamps looks amazing set against the background of the park scene. I feel like I could just jump into your card and take a luxurious stroll through it. Your embellishments are perfect and I like the cleaness of the white flowers with the natural coloured centers. Thank you for joining in the VQ this fortnight.
Enjoy your trip over to the states and I hope that you do manage to get in the craft meet this time round. *Hugs*
