Noa is 11 - Scrapbook Page Using Petaloo Flowers
Here is my first try at using the Petaloo flowers I received. To colour
the flowers I used Tsukineko Dew Drops and teabags! A lot of
people use glitter sprays on them, but I don't have any of those and
just used what I already have. The sentiment I did on PS.
